The 2026 Region 4 Rap Session is scheduled for September 28th through September 30th in Prescott, AZ. Please see the information below for booking rooms.

Hotel rooms have been blocked for our group from Sunday – Wednesday, Sept. 27-30, 2026

 

$130.00 plus tax for Run-of-House rooms

$169.00 plus tax for Suites

For those members who will be flying in, there is an airport in Prescott, however, airlines and flights are most likely limited. The closest major airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The drive from Phoenix is about 1.75 hours.
